Coronavirus Help

As our university has begun to reopen, and with more of us returning to study, we have changed service levels across our network to keep you on the move safely and to make sure there is increased connectivity to some of our more remote locations. Find out more about our service levels here.
Travelling by bus is a little different right now. However, all our buses are covid-19 secure and safe to travel on.
In line with the government advice that people should keep a social distance of 1m plus, we have changed our onboard seating guidance. Please sit one per row unless travelling with a member of the same household and remember to keep your face covering on for the entire journey.
Please remember to wear a face covering whilst onboard our buses and for the duration of your journey, failure to do so could see you fined up to £100. This doesn’t apply to people who are exempt for age, health and disability reasons.  Our drivers sit behind screens, they do not need to wear a face covering while they are in their cab.
We have journey assistance cards available for those who are exempt from wearing a face covering here.
Find full details and in-depth FAQs about Coronavirus and bus travel on the Arriva Bus website here.

We are currently not serving all the stops on our routes, only the stops that are shown on the timetables will be served at this time - to find out more click here.
