Coronavirus Help

As a result of lockdown, Service 903 will be temporarily suspended from Monday 18th January 2021 until further notice. 901/901K and 904 will continue to run current timetables.

Our first priority is to keep you and our staff safe. Should there be any impact to our services or timetables, we will update you as soon as possible on our website and via real time data in our Arriva UK Bus app. Visit our Coronavirus page for more information.

Travelling by bus is a little different right now. However, all our buses are covid-19 secure and safe to travel on.

In line with the government advice that people should keep a social distance of 1m plus, we have changed our onboard seating guidance. Please sit one per row unless travelling with a member of the same household.

Please remember to wear a face covering whilst onboard our buses and for the duration of your journey, failure to do so could see you fined up to £200. This doesn’t apply to people who are exempt for age, health and disability reasons.  Our drivers sit behind screens, they do not need to wear a face covering while they are in their cab.

We have journey assistance cards available for those who are exempt from wearing a face covering here.
